Uniqueness: It is the last surviving pristine forests of Nallamalai tract;
w hich is rich in plants of Ethno-Botanical values. This forest has some of the most scenic areas.
Flora: Mixed deciduous forest of Teak, Pterocarpuss, Terminalia, Albizzia, Anogeissius, Dalbergia, Bosw ellia, Shisham, Andug & Bamboo.
Gundlakamma a perennial river criss-crosses through the sanctuary on its eastern parts.
Fauna: Tiger, Panther, Sloth Bear, Wild Dog, Hyena, Jungle Cat, Langur,
Bonnet Monkey, Pangolin, Sambar, Nilgai, Chow singha, Chinkara, Mouse Deer, Monitor Lizard, Python and Marsh Crocodile
